Dear Jesus...

Dear Jesus, I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I want to accept You as my Lord and savior and follow You. Please forgive my sins and help me, from this moment on, to live a life that is pleasing to You. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Philippians 2:9-11.

Philippians 2:9-11 Therefore God also highly exalted him and gave him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bend, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

John 16:7.

John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

Matthew 5:43-48

Matthew 5:43-48 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be children of your Father in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers and sisters, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect."

Hebrews 10:1-18.

Hebrews 10:1-18 [1]"For the Law, since it has only a shadow of the good things to come and not the very form of things, can never, by the same sacrifices which they offer continually year by year, make perfect those who draw near. [2]Otherwise, would they not have ceased to be offered, because the worshipers, having once been cleansed, would no longer have had consciousness of sins? [3]But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins year by year. [4]For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. [5]Therefore, when He comes into the world, He says, "Sacrifice and offering You have not desired, But a body You have prepared for Me; [6]In whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You have taken no pleasure. [7]"Then I said, 'Behold, I have come (In the scroll of the book it is written of Me) To do Your will, O God.'" [8]After saying above, "Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You have no

Luke 24.

Luke 24:1-53 [1]But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared. [2]And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, [3]but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. [4]While they were perplexed about this, behold, two men suddenly stood near them in dazzling clothing; [5]and as the women were terrified and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, "Why do you seek the living One among the dead? [6]He is not here, but He has risen. Remember how He spoke to you while He was still in Galilee, [7]saying that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again." [8]And they remembered His words, [9]and returned from the tomb and reported all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. [10]Now they were Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James; also the other women with them were telling these things t

Lord Jesus, take this heart of mine, make it pure and wholly Thine, God helping me, for Thy Name sake. Amen.

Ephesians 5:25-33.

Ephesians 5:25-33 [25]Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, [26]so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, [27]that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. [28]So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself; [29]for no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church, [30]because we are members of His body. [31]For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. [32]This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church. [33]Nevertheless, each individual among you also is to love his own wife even as himself, and the wife must see to it that she respects her husband.

Luke 23.

Luke 23:1-56 [1]Then the whole body of them got up and brought Him before Pilate. [2]And they began to accuse Him, saying, "We found this man misleading our nation and forbidding to pay taxes to Caesar, and saying that He Himself is Christ, a King." [3]So Pilate asked Him, saying, "Are You the King of the Jews?" And He answered him and said, "It is as you say." [4]Then Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowds, "I find no guilt in this man." [5]But they kept on insisting, saying, "He stirs up the people, teaching all over Judea, starting from Galilee even as far as this place." [6]When Pilate heard it, he asked whether the man was a Galilean. [7]And when he learned that He belonged to Herod's jurisdiction, he sent Him to Herod, who himself also was in Jerusalem at that time. Jesus before Herod [8]Now Herod was very glad when he saw Jesus; for he had wanted to see Him for a long time, because he had been hearing about Him and w

Luke 22.

Luke 22:1-71 [1]Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is called the Passover, was approaching. [2]The chief priests and the scribes were seeking how they might put Him to death; for they were afraid of the people. [3]And Satan entered into Judas who was called Iscariot, belonging to the number of the twelve. [4]And he went away and discussed with the chief priests and officers how he might betray Him to them. [5]They were glad and agreed to give him money. [6]So he consented, and began seeking a good opportunity to betray Him to them apart from the crowd. [7]Then came the first day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. [8]And Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, "Go and prepare the Passover for us, so that we may eat it." [9]They said to Him, "Where do You want us to prepare it?" [10]And He said to them, "When you have entered the city, a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him into the house that he enters. [11

Prayer.

Heavenly Father, I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, and that He died on the cross to save me from my sin. I believe that He rose again to life, and that He invites me to live forever with Him in heaven as part of Your family. Because of what Jesus has done, I ask you to forgive me of my sin and give me eternal life. I invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust Jesus as my Savior and follow Him as my Lord. Help me to live in a way that pleases and honors You. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Mark 10:2-12.

Mark 10:2-12 [2]Some Pharisees came up to Jesus, testing Him, and began to question Him whether it was lawful for a man to divorce a wife. [3]And He answered and said to them, "What did Moses command you?" [4]They said, "Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce and send her away." [5]But Jesus said to them, "Because of your hardness of heart he wrote you this commandment. [6]But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. [7]For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, [8]and the two shall become one flesh; so they are no longer two, but one flesh. [9]What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." [10]In the house the disciples began questioning Him about this again. [11]And He said to them, "Whoever divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her; [12]and if she herself divorces her husband and marries another man, she is committing adultery."

Exodus 20:1-18.

Exodus 20:1-18 [1]Then God spoke all these words, saying, [2]"I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. [3]"You shall have no other gods before Me. [4]"You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. [5]You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me, [6]but showing lovingkindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments. [7]"You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain. [8]"Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9]Six days you shall labor and do all your work, [10]but the seventh day is a sabbath of the Lord your God; in it you shall not do any work, you or your

Romans 12:18-19 [18]If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men. [19]Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay," says the Lord.

Luke 8:1-8.

Luke 8:1-8 [1]Soon afterwards, He began going around from one city and village to another, proclaiming and preaching the kingdom of God. The twelve were with Him, [2]and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and sicknesses: Mary who was called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, [3]and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others who were contributing to their support out of their private means. [4]When a large crowd was coming together, and those from the various cities were journeying to Him, He spoke by way of a parable: [5]"The sower went out to sow his seed; and as he sowed, some fell beside the road, and it was trampled under foot and the birds of the air ate it up. [6]Other seed fell on rocky soil, and as soon as it grew up, it withered away, because it had no moisture. [7]Other seed fell among the thorns; and the thorns grew up with it and choked it out. [8]Other seed fell into the good soil, and grew up, and produce

Matthew 6:5-15.

Matthew 6:5-15 [5]"When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. [6]But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. Romans 10:9-10 [9]that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; [10]for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

Psalms 116:1-19 [1]I love the Lord, because He hears My voice and my supplications. [2]Because He has inclined His ear to me, Therefore I shall call upon Him as long as I live.
