A heart of compassion.
A heart of compassion
So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a
heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience;
bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a
complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should
you.
Colossians 3:12,13 NASB
I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner
worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility
and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager
to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Ephesians 4:1-3 ESV
But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much
patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses, in stripes, in
imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings;
by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy
Spirit, by sincere love,
2 Corinthians 6:4-6 NKJV
'And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For
Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.'"For
if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father
will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, then your
Father will not forgive your transgressions."
Matthew 6:13-15 NASB
Father God, forgive my sins. Thank you for sending Jesus Christ down
to die on the cross and for shedding his blood for me. Three days
later you resurrected him. I accept that. I invite Jesus Christ into
my heart as my Lord and savior. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
God bless you.
